So, I know what I said in my very first blog--that my blogs would be mainly focused on Drake's songs and music. Well I have decided to change it up a bit for this one. Since I have a page dedicated to Drake tattoos and fan art, I decided that I should talk about Drake's actual tattoos and the meanings behind them.

Sorry but not sorry if you're upset that this blog post isn't about Drake's music.

Drake has a whopping total of 23 tattoos. Now I'm not a tattoo connoisseur, but I'm pretty sure that is way above the average number of tattoos the majority of an American has. It would take forever to go over each and every one, so we are only going to touch base on a few.

Let's start off with the camouflage shark he has on his right arm. I personally think that this tattoo is cool because it is unique, BUT RIHANNA HAS THE SAME ONE!

Right before the two stars starting sporting the sharks, Drake took Rihanna to a private date at the Toronto aquarium. Hence where the shark tattoo idea came from. Come on Drake, everyone knows the biggest tattoo don't behind getting someones portrait or name tattooed on your body is getting matching tattoos with someone you were dating at the time.

Oh wait.......Drake supposedly has Rihanna's portrait tattooed on him as well. Here he is breaking tattoo rule number 1. The Rihanna tattoo is on his upper right arm. However, the tattoo does not have a huge resemblance to Rihanna, it just kind of looks like a picture that Drake has of her hanging in his restaurant in Toronto. Drake has never confirmed that the tattoo is Rihanna, but of course we are going to speculate.

Now to talk about the most famous tattoo that Drake has, the 6 God tattoo. The 6 God tattoo is the number 6 right next to a set of realistic looking praying hands. It is a very bad ass tattoo, and is basically the symbol for his whole album, Views.

What most people do not know, is that the realistic hands are actually a cover up tattoo. At the same time Drake got the 6 tattooed on his arm, he got a set of emoji praying hands next to them. They were a cartoon, and looked exactly like the praying hands emoji on smart phones. We are unsure why Drake decided to cover up the emoji and go for a more realistic tattoo, but it might be because the world found out that the praying hands emoji is actually two people high-fiving each other.

Either way, Drake looks good with all 23 of his tattoos.
